OH! I love water hyacinths. How lucky they bloomed for you! Such pretty pictures! That last one looks almost impressionist.

I would love a pond but we don´t stay home for long stretches and can´t give one the proper care.
:(

Now my husband wants us to put in an inground swimming pool.
I just want a little pond like yours.

:)

I kind of dslike LJ´s photo storage system so bought myself an unlimited photobucket account. Much easier for dummies like me.

Thank you!!!

Well, when you get used to the LJ album system it is easy. It took me a little while to figure it out but I love it now. It's so EASY to post pictures. The HTML is all done for you.

What gorgeous pictures!

The roots make great hiding places for the baby fish we get every year. Otherwise the little guys would all get eaten!
This may be a dumb question, but...uh...what would eat them???

The grown up fish! Goldfish do that when the young ones are really small. Maybe it is a form of population control?

Awww Gloria! It's a fact of life that big fish eat littler fish. That's why the fishermen often have lures that look like little fish or minnows.

There is no parental love in the world of fishes.

I'm sorry if I upset you!
