Race for Hope (Philly) - Unite to Fight Brain Tumors

As some of you may know, my father was recently diagnosed with an aggressive, incurable type of brain cancer (Glioblastoma Multiforme, or GBM). I will be participating in the National Brain Tumor Society's Race for Hope - Philadelphia on Sunday, November 1, 2009. I have formed a team to help with the fundraising effort. Will you join it? *hug* Sorry to hear about your father. My aunt and uncle both died from brain cancer, though I don't remember the name.

dad is about a week into radiation and chemo, and so far so good, but despite treatment, prognosis is about 18 months.
