Right. Probably about the same level of immunity as he has to electricity. Which is to say an impressive amount of resistance (ba-dum *ching*) compared to a human, but certainly not immune.

I think the Doctor's past history with Elusion is quite interesting. It's not really like the Doctor to lie (though he may stretch the truth), even if the TARDIS was malfunctioning. It's not as if he's a stranger to getting trapped in hostile places. It's also not terribly like to take those accusations without a word of protest, 'cause usually he thinks he's doing the right thing, even if he isn't; I'm guessing he let that go because he still feels guilty about the repercussions his actions had....
As you can see, I'm very intrigued by the Doctor's last visit. And the spying-psychic-paper. If Jack had psychic paper, did it also come from here? Or is there a place in the universe to obtain psychic paper that won't spy on you?

So far as the Doctor's last visit, most of the time... the reason he doesn't lie is because he doesn't believe he's in the wrong/he doesn't feel guilty. Besides, it's a weird planet -- addled his brains :P

So far as the psychic paper is concerned, it's possible to assume Jack got his from the same place; but I'd put it down to the Time Agents rather than him, myself. Also, the Doctor's is spooshal :P (fiddled by Hemlock a bit, with the spying and such).
