Bummer on the Lyric Wheel. Was looking forward to it, but I completely understand your reasoning behind not doing it. Here's hoping for next year.

I haven't done one in years, so was looking forward to it, but until I saw this post, I'd honestly thought I somehow missed the announcement that it had already started.

Aw. Well, I wouldn't manage the Lyric Wheel this year myself, so maybe next time you have the energy for it. It is awfully fun. :)

Yes, it is, isn't it? But I realized it wasn't a good time for me to run it because my heart sank at the thought, which is Not Good, because I normally really like doing a Lyric Wheel.

There are SO MANY ficathons of one sort or another nowadays that I can never participate in all the ones that I would like to. Whenever I've tried to do more than one at the same time, I've ended up bailing on one of them. Which I don't like doing at all.
