So...I'm sure the both of you have by now received the e-mail with someone's request to join here, and I think it needs to be addressed.

I'm sure you've also seen this post on WW that I put up where I address this issue (if it can be called an issue), and I think we ought to at least talk about whether we're going to open MCM membership to members ( Read more... )

I hope no one minds, but I rejected claireydid's request to join, simply because A) She's not a Mod, and B) I did quite clearly state in the first post that all requests to join by non-mods would be rejected.

But, it does rise the isses, Liz, why would they even bother to join up here? Except, of course, to see the Winner of the Monthly Challenges, and we're not so harsh that we'd put those under a cut, or under a Friends Only post (because if they're FO, non-members can't see them either, I do believe).

So, more or less, it should remain the same as it is now, I think, just us three, and maybe.. OH! BRAINWAVE! Maybe, as like, a prize for winning contests, the winners from each Monthly Challenge could be allowed to join multicoloredmod for like, one month or something, and have a say and imput into what we're deciding, and all that jazz. Then, at the end of the month (or whatever time frame we decide one) we could remove them from the Member list... Or something ( ... )

Yeah, that sounds about right. And I don't think we'd put the winners under cuts, right? Non-members can't get under cuts, not with the restrictions of this comm. We're just gonna keep those posts open so that they just have to click on the main page of this comm. But yeah, maybe all other posts here should be FO for the time being, until such time that we decide to open membership. If we will.

I don't see why we would open membership, though... I mean, pretty well everything we discuss here does end up being said at wotcherwerewolf, maybe just not right away...

So, we agree that all posts made here will be FO, EXCEPT for the ones we post saying who's win?
