10:33 AM 10/2/07 · I've bitched about this before and I'll likely do it again; working the graveyard shift sucks. Thankfully we're not in a big power outage season so I was eventually able to watch this week's Heroes episode...albeit around 10am the following morning. DL and Peter never crossed paths in the series until the final fight with Sylar.

Also, Ted Sprague's power wasn't active when Peter snatched that one either.

Ted's got one of those abilities like Claire's...it's never actually off. He's constantly putting out low levels of radiation. Like that scene where he went to visit his wife's grave.

That's a good point. Think again about D.L. Who's the most prominent character with the power of intangibility in comics? Kitty Pryde. I can't remember where this was said, but I'm pretty sure her natural state is intangible. If D.L. is the same way, that would explain how ol Pete nabbed his power.

Kitty's natural state isn't phased. For a time it was, during the first attack of the Marauders on the Morlock tunnels one of them disrupted her ability and she couldn't solidify. Still later, with the indirect help of Doctor Doom, it was necessary to re·bond her molecular structure as she was literally comign apart.

For the next several years she phased was her natural state but she eventually fully healed and is normally solid now unless she wills it otherwise.
