That's from the end of a trailer my wife downloaded yesterday. Presumably, that happens right after Peter Parker separates himself from the symbiont in the church's bell tower, and it drops down onto Eddie Brock in the church below (and is probably at, or very near, the end of the film).

It's very similar to the one that was released last week; there are just a couple of shots that are different. I'm not sure where my wife got it.

The pose and the wireframe is a little close to a re-skinned Licker from Resident Evil but the attention to detail makes me think that it could indeed be genuine...

I live in hope.

Yes this is as a matter of fact real..

Someone on Youtube.com had posted an unedited trailer which was on Comic-con and in no less than 24 hours, it was removed by Sony..

This.... is real.
