I'm still seething in anger and feel as though I've been crushed in the devestation along with the players. True what Cahill said about it changing their lives, since a bunch of them will be leaving now. And we no longer have Guus. This was our biggest chance and... eurgh.

Cheers to that. We put up a strong fight but in the end, we were just the new Australian team with no history to back us up.

Oy. I can just imagine how they all must feel when they watch it together. One of those things that will replay over and over and over in their minds until they drive themselves crazy.

My thoughts keep switching to Kewell when I think about the team now. Poor, poor guy.

I'm gonna go for Germany just cos the cute guy at work is German cos they have the best chance at winning...

But I shall wear my Aussie scarf....when its not 35 degrees....lol although I am totally amused by all the Canadians telling me how much they're MELTING and I'm like "Jeez its just warm weather..."
