Trust me it would have been even worse if you had seen the whole of that ep and the whole of the next one, I didn't stop blubbering the whole time during the second one!!!! And the acting in both eps is just awesome!!! Bridie during the scene where the car goes over the edge is so powerful, you can just see how lost and upset and angry she is!!! And Lisa you can just see the hopelessness and acceptance in her eyes as she knows she is going to die!!!
As for Aaron that final scene in the one where she dies, as you said he doesnt even say anything but he is just awesome!!!!

I love it, if I can get the DVD's I will burn them and send them over for you if you like so you can see them all!!!
