I've made everyone near and dear to me very terribly sick.

Mum, dad, and Mike are all sick at home with the same stomach bug I had last week.

... and you didn't make ME sick, which is good because I needed to enjoy a few days of RnR in Okinawa before starting work. Which I did yesterday. Ugh.
