Well I didn't really think about it until a few nights in when these guards shouted at me.

Oh right! You're still new here so you have curfew! But you should have found a room by now!! You can have my bed! And I'll just protect you from Smoker.

Ah, remember Tsuzuki? He made the bird that lets me find you. Those are his birds. Where'd you find them? They went missing a while ago and he was really broke up about it.

... I don't think that's a good idea.

Well I found them when I was running away from Smoker somewhere in the castle, and they just sort of started following me.

You should have been given a room upon your arrival silly boy. I suppose Ace didn't sort it for you?

It's okay Ace. I understand the shock of seeing someone you'd never see again.

[She smiles at him.]

There should still be plenty of free rooms here.

So is it okay to just find any old room and claim it as your own?

As long as it's empty, I don't see why anyone would object.

There are... a lot of vacant rooms, you know. [A pause.]

Just pick one and tell one of the higher-ups. Got it memorized?

Well I don't know about memorized, but I think I get it. But how do I know the room isn't occupied? I don't want to end up getting kicked through a wall because I walked in somebody's room without permission.

Then get it memorized. [He'll just... continue to drill in his catchphrase.] Dunno. I can't make the decision on how you go about it for you.

Just knock, or something. Not too hard ta figure out, yeah?
