Regarding the skunk

Mar 19, 2010 13:03

The lab director last week said there would be skunks. She said. But when I read through the manual again, there's no mention of furry mammals! It's all amphibians this and reptiles that, and yeah, I'm studying animals, but I am shamelessly (shamelessly!) partial to the cute fuzzy half of it!

Not creepy-looking frogs looking at me creepily.

What's that around your neck, grandmama? )

pitchers, what is this i don't even, a.good.day

They may be stinky, but little skunkies are adorable. ^^ Hope there are some cute little furry things there!

They were mad crazy pretty. I wanted one, especially the tree frog. The lecture picked it up and smacked it against the wall (in a loving manner! Loving!). It settled perfectly happily, stuck to the whiteboard.

No no no, they are utter darlings.

IS THAT A SONG. IS IT.

....no skunks? TT_TT I am Very Disappointed. I was expecting to hear nice/funny stuff about those furry little bastards. *sighs* But I loved how you put the whole thing about the Head of Herpetology - "his subtle declaration of undying love for amphibians". XD By the way, much love for the python. *loves snakes*

also, how's the translation thing going?

I'm wondering if I heard it wrong, somehow, but cannot think of what reptile or amphibian has a name like a skunk. And if you were there, you'd be able to see the love. I love people loving things <3 And that python was crazy mad cool. The chameleon's my homeboi though XD

oh, thank you for asking! I'm on track, but haven't heard back from my teacher about the quality of my translating >_< Let's hope for the best!

Ossi, I suspect it may have more to do with how I write and what I choose to write than the actual level of interesting-ness in my life >_> I can be very boring you see

And you're still young! Choose a really awesome Uni degree, ossi, and you, like me, could get to grope things :D

Haha, I don't think so. xD What you do sure seems more interesting than my life! (Then again, you at least bother to share it, which I am often too lazy to do.) So can I. I mostly am, lol.

I am thinking of studying in Japan after High School~ Just for the experience, plus, I am going to study Japanese--

...actually, I should post something about that in my journal! *Goes to do so*

Me sharing it has a large part to do with knowing people (such as your drop-dead awesome self) are interested in reading~ let's be dull together :'D

Japan will be a tough place to study in, but I'm sure it'd be really fun~
