So, I went to yet another optometrist, and he said my original prescription - like, the one I had before this whole saga started - was pretty much right, and only needs to be a little bit stronger

Well I guess if that does turn out to be the case then at least it'll be over and you won't have to deal with it anymore. Then you can never go back to that other place again. XD

Me too! Have ordered glasses online with that prescription - since I had to swap some other internet glasses - so we'll see how that goes!

It's technically for distance, but the astigmatism means I need them for reading too. It's just been such a saga this time trying to get glasses that work! Hope you have better luck than me!
