Another rising musumeyaku in Soragumi? @_@ Seiko got the only other prominant non-star female role in Casablanca save for Alice's, but I wonder if she's not in the running to be top, since she's coming to the end of her shinko days without ever leading one. Lord, with Sumireno Rei AND Aihana Chisaki AND Alice AND Seiko and now Eri-chan in the same troupe...I hope the writers can juggle them all.
Then again, Rei-Rei and Eri-chan are both so young, maybe it's a good idea for them to take over the shinkos for a few years while Aihana Chisaki and Alice and Seiko take on more prominent, experienced roles in the honkouen. It would be a nice way to season them, especially if Eri-chan is as good as you say. I can't wait to see what she can do!
And good for Kacha, obviously. We all knew she was being pushed, but a shinko lead makes it official. :)
Mmm...Eri-chan has been on the fringe of being a rising star for a while. She got prominent roles in both "The Second Life" and "Phoenix Wright 2", and she got the nibante musumeyaku role in the "Valencia no Atsui Hana" shinko. Plus she was a Sky Fairy. But nothing (other than Phoenix Wright) had been happening for a few years, so I hadn't really thought of her as the star-track type.
I don't know if this is going to skyrocket Eri-chan into the category of pushed soragumi musumeyaku, but I'm really glad that no matter what at least she'll have this one chance to shine <3
Honestly I'm not much of a Seiko fan. But it is a little strange that she has gotten two Bow leads an no shinko leads *shrug*
It makes sense when I think about it. Alice is out of her shinko years, and Seiko and Aihana Chisaki will be after next year. So Sora needs new young musumeyaku leads, and Rei-Rei can't take them all by herself.
I wonder if they should transfer any of the more experienced Soragumi gals into Tsukigumi, which now has no shin-musumeyaku except for Ranno Hana, who is very young. They could use a more experienced musumeyaku star in their roster, and it would relieve the pressure on Sora.
Of course Alice must stay in Sora, she fits in so perfectly, but I can see Aihana Chisaki or Seiko moving. They'd fit in Tsuki just fine.
The Kacha thing was still a give-or-take for me, so I'm happy for her :) She needs more of a push as an otokoyaku, and I think she's got potential. (And more musumeyaku is always a good thing - just after Phoenix, too, I agree it looks like Eri-chan's being propelled upwards.)
