Tonight I watched a DVD copy of the role switch for "Valencia no Atsui Hana." The last time I saw the role switch (or the show at all) was fall of 2007, so it was interesting to go back and watch it again.

*snorts* Oh god, now I have the hilarious mental image of Tani as Bobby Strong and Ume-chan as Hope Cladwell.

I've discovered that I like Valencia best in digest form, because it doesn't hold my interest in long form but I like it perfectly well when sort of condensed. I always liked Rodrigo and Syliva rather a lot, and I swear it's not just because of who played them in the shinko. ;-)

*laughs* I think we all said that about PariSora too. (Only Valencia is a better show). Anyway, I think Valencia has its moments, but it's just hard to watch as a whole sometimes, so I agree with the digest idea.

Dear God...I never thought about it that way. As punishment for making me think about this in the first place, I'd like you to imagine what a finale parade for a Takarazuka production of Urinetown would look like XD

Some of it is just the costume (which is er, yellow), and part of it is the way I manipulated the color in that image. *sigh* I was never thrilled with the way that icon came out, but there's such a shortage of Micchan icons up for grabs on Live Journal that I've mostly had to resort to making them myself.
