Here is the best CD art of 2012 (in my opinion)! And it's not just the cover... most of these CDs had beautiful liner notes, inserts, and even CD tray art!

Actually? Both lists read the same to me... Although the 'best' list has some decent design elements, they all seem to lack in overall impact.
