Draco Malfoy
Only son of Mille Feuille, Draco is currently the manager of Mama Mille's Speakeasy and Burlesque Club. It's his job to keep track of all business going in and out of the club, so he knows all the employees and regulars rather well; he also tends to turn a bit of a blind eye to certain goings-on, leaving most of the throwing out to Mille - he prides himself on being a neutral third party. As far as regulars - particularly the women - are concerned, they can expect more than a little flirting, as Draco's always up for a little positive customer service, and revels in making them feel good about themselves.
He's a very observant young man, and is not only fully aware of the rumours about himself and Mille but also virtually everything that goes on at the speakeasy. Draco prides himself on his ability to catch the smaller things from either observation or conversation. It's this talent that inevitably snares Harry Potter after the undercover cop had been watching him for the better part of a year prior; despite his better judgement, Draco ends up being lured by Harry into a bit of a relationship. Apparently observation doesn't get you everywhere - he never thought Harry's obsession could possibly be anything more than infatuation.
Most of Draco's friends and acquaintances stem from either his time at the Rose Academy or the speakeasy. He's very close with Ty Lee, a dancer at the club and a young woman who's seemingly been taken under Mille's wing - their relationship borders on that of siblings - and Naomi, the star of the show. When he was younger, he nursed a crush on the older woman for a number of years, and now that he works alongside her every day, Draco wants nothing more than to keep her safe and sound; as such, he's almost nosy when it comes to her, though he eventually gives into honesty if she asks the right questions. He's also on a first-name basis with the Headmistress of the Academy, Serenity Chiba, even going so far as to be called upon to find her a wedding planner; he knows she has extensive faith in his abilities, especially after he became such a successful businessman after graduation. Another acquaintance he has through school is Lelouch Lamperouge, the head of the Britannian mafia family. Though they don't speak often, they are on civil terms; Draco always does his best to keep from being overly associated with the group, however.
As a young man, he babysat the daughter of the current mayor, Alice Valjean. He's constantly trending a fine line between keeping up appearances and trying not to ruin the poor girl, always refusing to bring her to his workplace despite her constant efforts to make him promise to take her. Despite the refusals, he's always more than willing to spend time with her, even if he has to go through extensive security checks just because of who he is.
One thing he does dislike about spending time with Alice, however, is her obsession with local celebrity, Zelos Wilder. Because of Zelos' tendency to go out and about in order to see his fans, Draco often deals with him at the club on a bi-weekly basis. The two of them are not on good times, often bantering and bickering; it's a constant struggle to get them to speak nicely to one another, as they're always trying to find the other's buttons.
