That peaceful, easy feeling

Lovely yoga.

Nice long sivasana.

The Barbarian appears and proceeds to stand over me, one foot on either side of my hips.

So I'm looking up at her and she says, "What are you doing? Having peace?"

I said, "Well, I was." :)
