This client called this morning. I find dealing with her very distressing. She is one of these people who spins out every hypothetical thing that can go wrong, then demands a legal opinion on it. And if she can't go to Boss, she comes to me. I cannot advise her, I am not a lawyer. But she will rephrase, or just plain repeat her questions that

There are some customers that make you want to bite someone. I don't know where they come from (or why they lived through childhood) but they're a total pain.
