Patrick Swayze, the hunky actor who danced his way into viewers' hearts with "Dirty Dancing" and then broke them with "Ghost," died Monday after a battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 57.

i feel compelled to watch "Dirty Dancing", since i don't own a copy of "To Wong Foo, With Love, Julie Newmar" (how is it that i don't own"To Wong Foo"???)

I was always somewhat fond of Swayze. (Not a huge Dirty Dancing fan, although when I watched it with my ex I was stunned to realize that the director had made the dancing documentary I was in.)
