Dealing with the new apprentice *Locked to _darthvader_ *

Asajj Ventress was up before the sun. Was cleaned up and downstairs waiting for the child. For Kanya. Because today the child would be going with her to a cave. And in that cave would be crystals. Because today the child was going to be making her own lightsaber. Would be making one so that she could learn how to fight. To become just like Asajj.

Kanya wakes up with a start as dreams of dark tendrils engulfing her small form causes her to thrash so violently she falls off her bed and onto the floor. Sitting up suddenly she gasps in shock instinctivally kicking to get away from the unseeing threat only to discover it is nothing more then her sheets tangled around her legs. With a frustrated sigh the child clambers out of them and scrambles to her feet.

Glancing around briefly she tries not to panic as she emerges from her room to find herself alone in the massive house.

Lady Asajj??

She calls out as she peers over the edge of the balcony as she shivers in her makeshift pajamas. Biting her lip she goes silent as she decides it is best to get dressed first before venturing further and soon she rushes back to her room to get ready for her first day of training. Once properly ready she rushes out of her room with a loud slam of the door before barrelling down the stairs as the eagerness to begin makes her restless once more.

Lady Ventress I'm ready!!

She calls out in

Asajj hears the door slam. That would be something Kanya would have to watch doing. It was a tad annoying. But hearing the child's voice proclaiming that she was ready made her smile just a bit.

Walking out of the training room she watches Kanya a moment. "We'll eat before retrieving the crystals."

Kanya beams as she catches sight of Asajj exiting the training room, rushing forward towards she once more exclaims as if the Dark Jedi didn't hear her the first time.

I'm ready now Lady Ventress!!

But at Asajj's exclamation of their 'agenda' the child sighs deeply and makes a face.

Can't we eat after we get the crystals?

"If you expect to train, Kanya, if you expect to try and make something on an empty stomach then it will not get done. Food is, afterall, essential."
