Frau hadn't even moved when Linali hit him. It was one of the benefits of having a rock hard body which was enough to knock Teito over. He steadied her easily and then gave her a warm smile. "You don't have to be sorry for wanting to take a step up in the world," Frau told her. "A rather large step up." Frau wasn't anywhere near Atem's pathetic level in any way, so Linali much have jumped. It didn't much matter though since the outcome was the same.

...What the heck. "Just because you're tall doesn't make you a 'step up' in any way," she grumbled at him, letting go of his robes and putting both hands on his chest to shove him away. "Let go."

Aaaaaaaaaand she achieved less than usual when she shoved him. "I said to let go!" Shoveshoveshove.

Frau rolled his eyes. While he was certainly taller than Atem, the step up comment was related to various other more important things. He stared down at her, arms held out in front of him to show he wasn't doing anything. He only lifted an eyebrow when she started shoving at him, not noticing anything out of the ordinary since a little shove wouldn't do anything to him.

Him holding his arms up like that only made Linali more incensed; she attempted to step around him and stalk off, finding out quickly that she couldn't. "What in the world is-" She froze, her face becoming even more pale. There was no way Yuuko would play the same dirty trick on them twice. No way. Slowly, ever-so slowly, she looked up.
