Coincidence is something never to be trifled with. Or maybe it was pre-ordained, who really knows. What was real, though, was that Namine was inside the cafe that day at that hour. Sipping a cup of chamomile tea, the blond was off-handedly doodling in her sketchbook, for lack of anything better to do. It really has been a struggle to bring herself to that point again, only two months ago did everything change on her. It was lonely, but over time, you gain the ability to cope with the bad.

But things were beginning to change at least. Tutoring would allow the nobody to actually meet people, and perhaps gain something back that she thought she'd lost for good this time.

Hakuryuu, sick of the tea and even more sick of sitting around with only Hakkai for company most of the time, had been scanning the cafe with interest. His little ruby eyes landed on Namine. He hadn't met the girl before, which was all the better. ~Kyuu!~ Off he went, flying over to land lightly on the back of her chair. He tipped his head up and over her shoulder to see what she was doing. ~Kyuuuuuu~

"Oh!" The blond quickly caught notice of the wandering eyes...well a wandering dragon at least. "Why hello there." A small smile appeared, though it was a little out of confusion. Why on Earth was there a dragon here? Even more so, why was it so small? It was small enough to someone's pet.

~Kyuu!~ Hakuryuu rubbed his head up against her cheek, nearly humming as he did so.

It didn't take Hakkai long to realize that Hakuryuu had disappeared. It took about the same amount of time to locate the little dragon. A girl huh? He hoped that Hakuryuu wasn't being a bother... He decided to wait for a bit first before going over to reclaim the dragon.
