At the idea of seeing Kyon, Haruhi of course became unmanagable. It had been over a week and she couldn't deny that she had not been able to completely wipe the thoughts of her best friends out of her head. She didn't let it show but she really did miss them them when they were away and most of all, Kyon. She had met many fun, fresh new faces but noone could take the place of her S.O.S. Brigade members. Instead of lounging around in her pajamas playing boring computer games, she now had a much more fun activity! She threw on jeans and a hoodie over the shirt she had been wearing and made an effort to get out of the room as fast as possible once she had slipped on her shoes.

She knew the way well from all her exploring and ran the whole way there, wasting no time for anything. She was unable to stop grinning so idiotically, unable to believe how lucky she felt! Not only was she somewhere fantastic--she was somewhere fantastic with Mikuru and Kyon

Kyon hadn't anticipated her to come bounding down the stairs quite as quickly as she had, but it at least gave him some kind of warning that she was approaching. Not enough, it seemed, because he still startled some when she was suddenly shrieking in his ears about how great Moksa was. Hadn't he just been thinking about how he'd like to get out of there? He sighed, opening one of his eyes to look up at her

She of course disregarded the fact that he did not seem as excited about it as her--it really didn't matter; she was excited about it enough for the whole school, probably. She stopped running once her feet hit the ground, halting in place to think about that. Had she? She looked up to the sky in thought and a moment later, gave him her biggest grin. Her eyes softened looking upon him, feeling happier than ever. "I did! Because I had to come find you, of course!" For some reason, that made her stomach flutter slightly saying that.

Her eyes widened, realizing what that could've sounded like. She immediately put on her most irritated look, pretending to cough in her hand to be able to duck her head and not let him see the slight blush that had dawned on her cheeks. "I cough I mean."

Following her map carefully, Mikuru carefully made her way towards the amphitheater, smiling at everyone she met along the way. Everyone seemed really nice, and she was so glad Miranda had given her the map. Otherwise she would have been more lost than she currently was, which was pretty lost. She prayed Haruhi wouldn't be to upset with her for being late.

She paused at the top of the amphitheater stairs, seeing the two in conversation. "Um, hello!" she called out, waving at them slightly and smiling sweetly. She hoped she wasn't interrupting anything...
