Bakura stalked confidently down the corridor, hands shoved in his pockets and dark eyes glancing about for any signs of the boy he had promised to fight. This had better be worth his time... If some brat had dragged him out of his dorm just to swat at him, he was going to be seriously unhappy.

Noticing the open door, the thief headed towards it and went inside. "All right boy, let's make this quick." He grumbled casually, peering towards (who he assumed was) Hibari from under his disheveled white hair.

Hibari pushed away from the wall when Bakura entered the room. He was interesting-looking, at least. But so were some of the other people he knew, and they were nothing but crowding weaklings. He didn't expect any better of this one.

"It will be." The boy murmured in his low, smooth voice. Two small pieces of metal "pipe" in his hands extended with the flex of a joint, into a pair of tonfa. They looked simple enough: thin metal cylinders that laid flat along his arms to just past his elbows. But there were secret contraptions in there... no magic, but plenty of clever surprises. Of course, those only appeared when necessary. It would be an honor if an opponent saw something beyond the flash of metal as Hibari stalked towards them, as he stalked towards Bakura now, with the confidence and poise of a hunting cat.

"It doesn't matter what you can do. I'll bite you to death."

Bakura gave an exasperated roll of his eyes and tilted his head slightly. he still did not remove his hands from his pockets. "Really. Is that all you can say to be intimidating? Because it really doesn't have that sort of effect, I'm afraid." The man gave an almost bored shrug of one shoulder, idly sparing a few scrutinous glances at his surroundings as Hibari started towards him.

The room was large enough, certainly, but could he summon his kaa without drawing too much attention? Not like it mattered, really, but the thief had avoided being reprimanded for his actions so far, and he would like to keep it that way. If calling Diabound would be too much of a problem, Bakura supposed he could use one of the monsters from the deck he had... "Borrowed" from Seto Kaiba before attending the fight. Oh well. He would figure it out.

Hibari frowned slightly at the reaction. He didn't like having his expressions questioned, but in a new world, he figured he'd just have to beat the respect into people. So without any warning, he bolted from a calm walk to an agressive dash, fully intending to let a tonfa impact with Bakura's sternum with much more force than one would expect from someone of his average-at-best size. He'd take no nonsense.
