Hearing her name being called and noticing a familiar figure approaching, Miranda hurriedly jumped up from the bench she had been sitting upon. At the sight of Linali she was unable to resist flashing one of her light (albeit sheepish) smiles.

"Linali! Oh, I'm so thankful you're here! Thank you so much for finding me!!"

She gushed, hurrying up to her fellow Exorcist, her gloved hands glasped tightly together.

Linali starting moving faster towards her; Yun-qi jumped from her arms. She took hold of Miranda's hands and lightly squeezed.

"I'm so happy to see you. I'm sorry it has to be here, but I'm so glad." Linali smiled happily. "We have a lot of catching up to do!"

((OOC: For the record, when are you taking Miranda from? I took Linali from the manga, right before she fights the Level 3 akuma on the way to Japan))

Miranda managed to keep up her nervous smile and nodded fervently at the girl's words.

"I-I'm very happy to see you too! And yes, we do." She agreed as a sudden look of seriousness crossed her face. "I... I just hope nothing bad happens to everyone else while we're here..."

((OoC|| I was taking her from her most recent major role in the Japanese manga releases... Around Chapter 170 I believe, right after the Headquarters are attacked. But I can keep her around Linali's time if things would be easier ^_^...))

Giving her hands another firm squeeze, Linali smiled up at Miranda. "They'll be fine, I'm sure. Allen-kun's still there, right? He'll overreach himself completely, but nothing bad will happen. I'm sure of it."

Linali's face flashed worry. "Everyone on the boat! I'd almost forgotten! Did everyone make it to Japan yet? Have they found General Cross?" Linali's long hair blew in the wind as she waited for the answer, hoping.

((OOC: No, no, that's fine. It makes it more interesting when they're from different times. And plus, it'll be fun to see Miranda all nervous about what to tell her and what not to tell her. ^_^))

Cross, as usual, was stalking the grounds with Timcampy, trying to find where Miranda was. It was the gentleman in him (or the lecher) to help find a female that just so happened to also be an exorcist. Timcampy on his head, he found the two ladies and called out:

"Ladies ~"

Miranda stared at the Administration Office for a moment in slight awe before hearing a voice not far behind herself and Linali. She glanced about and noticed the General and tugged lightly upon the younger girl's hand to stop her.

"Linali, I think that's General Cross." She gave a slightly sheepish wave to Cross and paused behind Linali.

Linali was just getting ready to point out the dorms when Miranda stopped her. She saw the General and gave him a wave and a smile. "Yes, it is. Don't worry, he's just the same as he's always been."

"Hello! I found her!" She noticed Miranda kind of hiding behind her, but decided not to say anything; the poor woman would just freak out worse and apologize profusely. "We were just going to get something to eat, then finish the tour. Would you like to join us?"

Cross tucked some hair behind his ear and flashed a smile.

"I would love to, indeed."
