girl thats easy, spoon out thier eyes so they can never spy on you again, chop off thier feet so they cant follow you anymore, saw off thier fingers so they cant type and bother you online, and then snap off thier arms and beat them senseless with them (just for fun)

but if you dont want to go that drastic right away, then i suggest bitch slapping them and telling them to leave you alone

either way, its effective :)
