NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- U.S. cola sales are expected to fall 1 percent this year, and one industry expert says it's partly because Coke and Pepsi have put their legendary cola wars on ice.

I'm not sure it's going to be legally possible to limit the amount of advertising, though, since corporations are persons under the law and therefore enjoy the same rights as you and me. Which sucks, because they're some of the most annoying persons around.
To limit this right without abridging our own, we'd have to redefine the legal definition of a person. Now *that's* something I'm all for.
