He also took my message off the cell phone answering machine and changed it to generic-robot-person saying to leave a message (no names). He hasn't asked me for sex

Having seen my best RL friend go through the dreaded spouse thing. I would say that you should keep an eagle eye on his hiney. This is far too suspicious to ignore. I hope for your sake you're wrong, but don't ignore what are some bad signs.

I've been wanting to ignore the signs for awhile, especially since he assured me his fidelity would be the easy part in our marriage. Thanks for your opinion, I'll definitely be keeping my eyes open.

I'm not sure there are real pessimist, just realists. And hey, and as long as you get pleasently surprised when things go your way, it's not such a bad thing.

Yeah... I know. I know you're going through sort of the same thing, which is actually what made me put the circumstantial evidence together in the first place so... Thanks.
