I'm really enjoying this! Your characterization is wonderful! :)

Actually though, while women don't have as much strength as men, they have greater endurance. They regularly beat men at double marathon races.

I'm not surprised, all things considered. However, in a close-quarters brawl, "Brynne" would still be at a disadvantage unless it extended out a long time. Plus, she's still not entirely acclimated to her new form. Give her time. ;)

It was also that "Brynne" in addition to any reduced strength/endurance to whatever degree, suddenly found himself...er...herself...whatever...in a totally unfamiliar body. (Like mtgat said.)

The GL/Shayera relationship at this point is perfect! They're still arguing, but they can't keep away from each other, and despite Rho, Shayera knows there's no going back to before "Wild Cards".

Sadly, Clark is becoming closer to Lois in ways he couldn't before, which makes things worse. It must suck to hear her talk about Batman more than Superman. But at least he does have hope.

Minor nitpick - You make it seem like Superman has an appetite similar to Flash's, but in "The Late Mr. Kent", he says his body doesn't require food.

I don't know if Oracle is the best name for Brynne, but I like the nod to the comics (as well as Alfred acknowledging that Dick failed Greek mythology...was that intentional or pure coincidence?). ::sigh:: I really would've liked to see on the show how Dick is handling Batman being in the League (and if he's moved to Bludhaven at this point).

If I changed into a girl, I'd act just like Wally (although I probably wouldn't be in his situation).

Ugh, I just had to read the cliffhanger part on Monday

I've never actually see "The Late Mr. Kent," so thanks for the note. I'd probably have use it anyway; my inner Clark is as much Good Ol' Boy as he is Investigative Reporter, and no GOB is complete without a mild obsession with home cooked meals [tm].

See Dot's comments per the Bat family. :)

As always, Wally is our Everyman character; we suspect most of the XYs we know would end up acting the way Molly does should they suddenly be XXs.

As for John and Shayera, all I can say is, be glad we decided against writing the sex scene. ;)

Basically, Clark gets his energy from the sun, but I think you're right about him being a GOB. He probably eats things for the way they taste.

Sex scene?! Oh dear...

Yay, thank you for the detailed comments. It's much appreciated :)

You and me both. I've had to settle for fanfic.

Alfred acknowledging that Dick failed Greek mythology...was that intentional or pure coincidence?

Unintentional. But now that you mention it, it looks like in this Tim and Dick both flunked ;) I think Dick just shared your view of the name, it didn't seem right. Tim was just puzzled.

Well we know Tim isn't that great a student anyway. Not that I blame him for not knowing much about Greek mythology at his age. I still don't understand how Dick graduated with highest honors ("Old Wounds") if he actually FAILED a class.
