Consider Azorius Charm just for overall flexibility. You might also consider running both Sphere and Ring (perhaps 3 each?) to make up for lost removal.

You're losing your "tapped removal" but you might consider Blustersquall as a flexible sleep-like effect. However, although it has less synergy with Tamiyo, I think what you might want to refocus on is detain. Creatures with detain could be especially powerful with flicker effects, so pairing up with Restoration Angels might be nice, for example. Lyev Skynights are fragile but aggressive early flyers.

Judge's Familiar might be worth looking at as a flyer that also can slow down the opposition since they can't ever tap out with it on the field. Arctic Aven seems worth a look.

Probably couldn't go wrong with Isperia. Sturmgeist just doesn't seem that good, although you could try it. If you're playing the long game you could boost your flyers with Favorable Winds perhaps.

Dispel might be a nice sideboard or even mainboard for stopping instant removal, combat tricks, etc.
