Yeah - anything is better than the almost 10 years of no DW on screen. I'll take it.

It was ok - there's a lot of plot holes that bother me. I need to watch it again before I make any conclusions.

Hrm. 4 specials... is he including either the 2008 or 2009 Christmas special, or are they really doing 4 pre-anything-to-do-with-Series-5 specials, which would give us the rest of Series 4 plus 5 or 6 specials prior to the Moffat takeover?

That I'm not sure about, but it sounds as if the 4th special is something recent. Here's the wording used, you can decide for yourself.

DT: Yeah, we are. We're definitely doing them. I go back to it in January. I think we're doing four now, actually. Four 1-hour specials. Well, don't know how long they'll be, but four 1-hour specials.

Heh - maybe you and three or four other people? *grins* I had a dental appt. this morning. It'll be up in a few minutes.

I love how he keeps repeating he doesn't know how long they'll be, but they're 1-hour specials.

Yeah, he just thinks they're one-hour specials. I predict an hour and a half or longer for each one...

Hard to say. If they are indeed adding on another special, maybe they will only be an hour long each. I guess we'll have to wait for some sort of official announcement.
