I'm a bit surprised no one's posted about this yet whilst I was away last week, but here's a list of upcoming stuffs, mostly for Eleven, but there's also one more new-ish item for Ten.
Since most of what you've listed is stuff for Eleven, I'm not surprised nothing's been posted about it yet.
What was just announced that you don't have here is a new edition of The Writer's Tale for January 2010, called The Writer's Tale: The Final Chapter, which incorporates 300 new pages of material related to the Specials. It appears to be only coming out in paperback thus far, although that may change.
I'm going to omit the description and pictures here, since they would be spoilers for anyone who hasn't seen up through the trailer at the end of The Waters of Mars, but I'll post about this momentarily.
The info on this book has been out for a while, but Ben Cook just tweeted about the cover on Monday, I think. I personally would have liked a second (hardcover) volume.
Hrm. I'm not sure what to think about the Moorcock book for Who. On the one hand, he's a good writer. On the other...Knaak wrote a bunch of WoW books that are absolutely awful. Every time I see one of Knaak's Mary Sues that made it into the game, I have to /moon the NPC.
