What's the secret power of childhood fantasy?
I have to confess, I don't have a specific interest in science fiction as such, and it wasn't an actual dream to be captain of a ship -that was just a happy accident- but I always loved the idea of being a spaceman! I'd have jumped at the chance to be in space, because I used to love reading a comic called Eagle when I was younger. I was very fond of it, especially a comic strip called Dan Dare, which was about a spaceman way into the future and his constant battles with an evil character called Mekon. I loved that series, and it really fired my imagination and gave me something to base my performances on.
So there you have it! I've never heard of that comic but I'll definitely research it now!

It's a very busy con! At least from what I saw this year! Jack should definitely attend! I for one would go beserk when I saw him! And I know you would try to kidnap, molest, kiss him if you saw him! Haha!
