Who knew that buying cottage cheese could be so difficult.  I don't know if it is because I am tired when I shop, or I am dealing with small children and my husband that it has been so difficult for me.

Wow. They've really made big advances in cottage cheese technology. I thought there was only large & small curd!

Maybe you can use the dry curd to spackle something, fill joints, caulk, etc. ;-)

Yeah, I didn't know there was anything other than Large and small curd, too.

I was going to say feed it to the cats. :o) In small doses...or the raccoons.
