I cleaned out the rats' cage today, which they seemed to find entertaining.  I ran a couple inches of lukewarm water in the bathtub and grabbed the rodent girls and popped them down in it.  I put my hands down in the tub so they'd feel less abandoned, but they tried to crawl up my arms.  Ow.  One of them was so stressed, she turned the tub into

Osa is the one who sat on the landing of the stairs and dared Cass to pass. And got all snotty when Cass went into heat adn started feeling her oats, drawing blood from poor ol' stupid peacemaker-wannabe-me, sticking my fool hand into 300 lbs of dogfight....

Cass would be fine with a muzzle, and she doesn't pick fights on her own and really wouldn't need one, but we can't get one to stay on Osa.

I wonder if TSA would recognize a VBD...

My hamsters would do that, too, when we'd put them in the sink with some water. But since hamsters puff their cheek-pouches up with air as personal flotation devices, it was so much fun that my brother and I would do it anyway.
