Where is the Washington DC Old Convention Center? Can I get there by Metro?

Yes. but it is a parking lot now, corner of H and 9th street. It is a couple of blocks from the new convention center. metro Center or Gallery Place - China Town metro stop will get you there.

The old convention center no longer exists, but it used to be in the area bounded by 9th, H and 11th Streets and New York Avenue, NW. That would be easy walking distance from the Gallery Place Metro station.
