Why do so many bloggers (at least among those I read) feel the urge to catalog everything they got for Christmas? I don't care. If I cared, I would ask. I did not ask. I suspect that I would get hissy about the cataloguing as well if I saw it happen everywhere. So far only four or so on my list have done that, thankfully. I'm good at ignoring things. (Conventions, and how one can sleep at 4 PM while it's bright and people are loud...)

Good to hear you got the words out. I've never managed to say it to my parents - even relationships were hard.

It wasn't easy to say. I feel ridiculous for how much effort it took. Bah.

As for the cataloging, I didn't count how many on my reading list did that. I guess it was around six, but that might have been partially due to crossposting.
