OK! So, Floor dude came over yesterday and looked at the house. He said that in a week (exactly) he will go with Mom to the store to buy the flooring that I want. Whoa...ok so, quite a bit of activity since I last posted. Friday afternoon...we worked a lot in the house. Dad said he’d laid all the trim out so that could paint it all. Wow...what a day. I have felt so bad every morning over the holidays. It started probably around Thursday morning. I’ve been waking up with a killer sore throat, but normally, I can just drink some hot coffee in the morning, bring a few cough drops with me during the day, and drink hot tea at night and be fine. I was so heartbroken last night. I was about to take my shower, when my moonstone ring slipped right out of my hands, hit the metal shower knob and cracked in two! It was a clean cut on both sides of the band and now it’s two (very nice looking) pieces of moonstone. ‘Lo everyone. Man, did I withdraw from LJ World or what? Things have been a perfect mixture of busy and not busy which usually combines to make me too tired to post. Even when I wasn’t busy, I was doing my own thing which, made me busy and therefore made me tired. Either way you look at it, I just haven’t been able to muster the enthusiasm to post.
