why'd you call americorp and villa marie?

i called americorps because i applied to their residential service program.

and i called villa maria cuz i'm trying to get an internship there starting in january.

whats the americoprs residential thing and what would you do at villa marie?

the americorps thing is a 10 month residential program where they send you to one of five campuses across the country and you do different service projects. they give you room and board and a monthly stipend and stuff. at the end they give you about $4,500 to use towards paying off your student loans.

villa maria is a residential facility for kids with behavior problems. i'm not quite sure what i'd be doing there yet. i have to wait and find out.
