Wow! What a great feeling! Congratulations. Now your fingers get tired from signing so many pieces of paper... but hopefully you'll be so happy it won't even bug you. :-)
Thanks, CJ. We signed a pile of paperwork on Tuesday. It was tolerable. We have a lot to iron out in terms of two, unmarried people signing a mortgage. He touched on some of the issues but didn't have a lot of detail. Those issues will also come into play after the baby is born...i.e. financial planning. I have a feeling those simple tax forms are a thing of the past. Closing is on April 26...I am excited.
