I think I've discovered something about the flute. When I play it, I expect my nice, full clarinet tone to come out. Unfortunately, not being a clarinet, that's not going to happen. So, flute noise comes out of a flute, brain! Clarinet noise out of a clarinet! Get it straight

The thing is that I'm perfectly capable of doing it myself, so I'd feel bad about paying a tailor to take in my pants from Old Navy and Target. Right now I just suck it up and pull my belt tight.

I'm totally with ya there on the pants. If I wasn't so poor (and cheap) I try those new pants at Lane Bryant. 'Cause they finally seem to have figured out a solution to a >10" difference between my hips and my waist.

I'm average height, but my waist is very high. It's....annoying.
