I think my problems are 1 and 4. I never, ever brush my hair! I comb it as soon as it is dry and that is it. I also probably use too harsh a shampoo. I am going to be getting a haircut I hope! At least 4 inches I think, if she thinks she can still do my hair like I want for the wedding with it just below my shoulders, instead of half way down my back. I so don't want super long hair in Hawaii!

I think I have problems with #4 also...hmm...I shall have to try a gentler shampoo.

5 is very true. I've been using moisturizing shampoo and conditioners for a couple years because I get dry scalp at the edge of the hair line (my mom says its like cradle cap) and it's helped with that. I also use it since I got just enough curl that nothing lays flat, and it calms a bit with the right brand. I recommend the Neutrogena triple moisture line, love it.

I don't know about 1) for the brush...mine usually gets caught in those types. Boars hair is good for smoothing, I use it after a normal brush or comb to get the knots out.
