So Kyoto City has established new rules for garbage and recycling. I just got a whole package of the new bags we're supposed to use starting in October (they're horrifyingly expensive, too) as well as a detailed manual explaining everything you would need to know about disposing of any type of garbage you can think of, and I can't read a goddamn

I remember always feeling a bit uneasy putting certain stuff into the moeru gomi bag that I didn't know for sure could be burned. I probably put too much stuff in the moenai gomi to be on the safe side.

I know.... I recalled my ill-spent youth, where I found out that anything can burn, if you really try..... *grin*

This time we have two different bags, one for household garbage, one for recyclables. And you have to use these bags, which are as much as 45 yen a pop for a 45 liter bag.... Extortion.
