oh what, he makes you come at a unholy time like 7 am and then doens't even shows up? Ugh, report him. Or sue him ^^
I hope you'll manage this somehow, it sounds indded like a hell lot of work, a five minute animation all by yourself in such a short time!

YES!!! I know!!! He did show up yesterday, though. And he seems as annoying as... dunno... an angry dog in a little cage. We'll manage to handle him, though.
