I feel your pain. I was without internet for over two weeks in January when I switched DSL providers. Now I have DSL 16,000 and downloading one PB episode takes a mere 10 minutes if I get a good connection. Yay!

And, uh, yeah... I'm also with one of the biggest, evil, huge companies. Let me tell you, the joyous feeling over having a working connection that offers great speed quickly outweighs the guilt of signing up with one of the moguls. ;o)

*nods* You should have seen me. I took my private laptop to work every day because we have free wireless there. The weekends were their own form of torture. I started seeing friends miles away just because they had a wireless modem at home. LOL, I'm so hopelessly addicted. Say, how did life work before we had the internet??

I'm not going to break up with them until I've finished sorting out the new deal, but once it's all in place, they are going to feel my wrath. :)
