You're so good at fitting your universes into bot each other and into canon (like this fits into Fully Circle, and also explains how it fits into pre-series canon).

Anyway, I'm not making a terrible amount of sense, but bottom line, I like the way you explain how the loan colors Lincoln's life pre-series. And I love how you write Linc in general, but you already know that!

Writing pre-series stuff really keeps you on your toes, canon-wise. In my head, he'd borrowed the money from Crab, but when I went to write his name, I had a sudden moment of, "Wait, what if that's not right?" Research ensued, lol!

So I just read this through, late I know, and I realized that I seemed to be missing part of the story. I just figured out that I did not read chapter/part 2. I guess I'm off to read that now.
