I loved getting inside Sara's head regarding her addiction (I always love hearing everyone's take on how that came about) and love that the humanitarian award ended up in the disposal. You have built such a soft, graceful connection, such a partnership, between Michael and Sara that it's a joy to read. The term "fluff" is one I hate in general (maybe even more than PWP, lol), and it definitely doesn't describe the scenes you've written here. Maybe "depth" is better.
Either way, thanks for the read!

Hee. I almost feel as though I'm messing with Sara's head, because I know something she doesn't know. *is a freak*

Thank you so much. One year on, they've forged quite a connection, but there's still new things to be learned, I think. But yes, I like to think that they are still working hard to make their relationship everything it could be.
I'll definitely take depth over fluff, thank you! *g*

Sarah's history, Michael's should I, should I not and the humor between them. They're starting to have a proper relationship. I like that.

I'm so pleased you're still enjoying the story, and yes, they've got a 'normal' relationship now and it makes me love writing them even more, lol! *is hopeless when it comes to these two*

I love the relationship between Michael and Sara, its little quirks and humour as well as its depth and obvious love. I love the parallels you draw between the London hotel room and the first room the stay in, it shows the progression of their relationship in a wonderful unobvious way.
I love this fic and can't wait for the next chap, you make my day bright today, so thank you!

I'm just keeping in my head that it's a year down the track. They're very comfortable with each other, but they're still learning things about each other too. I like making them acknowledge their shared past and talk about it openly, making those quiet jokes that couples do. Glad you're enjoying it!
