This one hit me today because it sounds like something that would fall out of 'Yote's mouth. 
He does say he was "raised on Heinlein novels" after all. And I can *so* see it.

I really should unpack the boxes and re-read those. it's been a number of years and I barely remember any of the Heinlein stuff I read..
