Went to an urgent care clinic after work today. Have viral bronchitis...& inflamed nasal passages and fluid in my right ear. Put on steroids

I'm also such a darn emo-eater and when I end up munching and stuffing myself, I'm so pissed at myself that I start to eat even more. URGH.
